EEC is not responsible for streaks, blemishes or discoloration on faded or oxidized (which is caused by the natural UV of the Sun)  vinyl siding or window frames. Oxidized window frames also cause streaks on windows.

The service can still be provided if you are out of town also. As long as the water is turned on/left on by us or a caretaker/property manager and appropriate doors are left open...it's very simple.Payment due upon service.
